Every system we build produces data that management needs to see, and every organisation has other systems that need to talk to each other. This is the work that joins them up.

Done well, it means one trusted set of figures, reports that arrive without anyone compiling them, and systems that pass information between themselves instead of staff re-keying it.

What we build

• Management reporting and dashboards: scheduled reports, KPIs and metrics for boards, management and funders, with the drill-down behind the headline figures.
• Analytics: multidimensional and tabular models so analysts can explore data from different angles without waiting for a report to be written.
• System integration: web services and APIs between your systems and ours, and with third parties such as payment providers, EPOS, ERP and government platforms.
• Cloud hosting: systems deployed on Microsoft Azure, scaled to demand, backed up and monitored.

How we approach it

We begin with the questions management wants answered and work back to the data needed to answer them, which is a better guide than starting from the data that happens to exist. Integration is specified interface by interface, with the data, direction, frequency and error handling agreed before anything is built, and tested end to end with the systems on both sides.
